July 5th Copley - 283 (nett) for 2, beat Low Moor - 260 (nett) for 4 An excellent win with all players contributing well and playing positively. Losing only 2 wickets was decisive for Copley and the high scoring of Kai Hallwood (32 not out) and Oliver Thorpe (31 not out) led to an excellent score. In return all the bowlers performed well and Low Moor were soon behind the run rate. The all round fielding was again good with the highlight being a majestic running, ond handed catch on the boundary by Kai Hallwood. |
